HydroCore Precision

Custom Pump Parts Manufacturer for OEM Projects

As a build-to-print manufacturer of pump wet-end components, we cast and machine impellers, casings, shafts, wear rings and seal parts with mature processes and years of production experience — a reliable choice for long-term OEM projects.

HydroCore Precision

Impellers, Casings and Wear Parts Built to Your Drawing

Send a 2D drawing, a STEP file, a nameplate photo or the worn part itself. We confirm the interfaces that must fit, choose the casting route for your quantity, and come back with a firm quotation.

About HydroCore

Pump Component Manufacturing Expert

HydroCore Precision manufactures the parts that wear out inside centrifugal, process and slurry pumps. We do not sell pumps and we do not publish a catalogue of standard products — every part leaves the shop against a customer drawing, a 3D file or a worn sample.

That focus decides how the plant is laid out: pattern making and casting on one side, CNC turning and milling on the other, with balancing and inspection sitting between them and the shipping door. A part is not released until its dimensional report and its balance grade are on paper.

Most enquiries arrive as an eroded casting, a smudged print or nothing but a nameplate photograph. Working backwards from that is the normal case here, not an exception.

Why Choose HydroCore for Pump Component Projects

Replacement parts fail for boring reasons — a bore 0.2 mm loose, a mirrored impeller, a hub height that shifts the running clearance. We settle those interfaces before quoting, and we write down every dimension we had to assume.

  • Interface-first review: shaft fit, keyway, hub height, bolt pattern, register diameters
  • Casting route selected per quantity — investment, shell mould or sand
  • Dynamic balancing to ISO 1940 G6.3, tighter grades on request
  • Material certificate, dimensional report and balance report with every shipment

Clients & Partners

Trusted Component Partner for Pump OEMs and Aftermarket Distributors

We work with manufacturers and distributors who value predictable lead times and parts that fit the first time — because the second visit to a pumping station costs more than the casting did.
