About HydroCore Precision

A build-to-print manufacturer of pump wet-end and rotating components.

Who We Are

HydroCore — OEM Pump Component Manufacturer

We make the parts that wear out inside centrifugal, process and slurry pumps: impellers, casings, shafts, wear rings, sleeves and seal components.

That focus decides how the plant is laid out — pattern making and casting on one side, CNC turning and milling on the other, with balancing and inspection between them and the shipping door. A part is not released until its dimensional report and its balance grade are on paper.

Company history, ownership, headcount and founding date are placeholders in this demo pending the client’s real details.

OEM Casting and Machining

Investment, shell mould and sand casting, CNC machining, heat treatment, balancing and inspection — the whole route under one roof, so nobody has to coordinate three suppliers to get one impeller.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Why Choose Us

Why Choose HydroCore

Build to Print, Not to Catalogue

We do not sell pumps and we publish no standard product list. Every part leaves against a drawing, a 3D file or a worn sample.

Scalable Production

Single aftermarket replacements and repeat production batches run through the same route; only the casting method and the tooling amortisation change.

Strict Quality Control

Spectrometer on every heat, CMM dimensional reports, dynamic balancing to ISO 1940, and NDT where the specification calls for it.

Assumptions Written Down

Anything not dimensioned on your input appears on our quotation as a stated assumption, rather than being decided quietly on the shop floor.

Send Your Drawing — Quote in One Business Day

Upload a 2D drawing, 3D file, nameplate photo or a picture of the worn part. We review material, tolerances, process route and inspection needs, then come back with a firm quotation.
